Prof. Stiff-Roberts Receives 2016 Julian Abele Award for Graduate Mentor of the Year

The 31st Annual Julian Abele Awards ceremony was held on April 16, 2016 at the Treyburn Country Club in Durham, NC. Created to honor the memory of Julian Abele, who designed Duke University's West Campus, the Abele Awards are presented by the Black Graduate and Professional Student Association and the Black Student Alliance to honor the significant achievements of Black community members and their allies at Duke University.

Prof. Adrienne Stiff-Roberts received the 2016 Julian Abele Graduate Mentor of the Year Award in recognition of going "above and beyond in providing support and/or mentoring students of African descent and their organizations of Duke".
