Abstract
Resonant infrared matrix-assisted pulsed laser evaporation (RIR-MAPLE) was used to deposit the metal-halide perovskite (MHP), CH<inf>3</inf>NH<inf>3</inf>PbI<inf>3</inf>, and solar cell performance was demonstrated, thereby establishing the potential for MAPLE growth of MHPs.
